1. Confidentiality

By checking the box and scheduling a demo, you agree with Company Console LLC to the following. You will keep confidential everything nonpublic shared during or in connection with the demo, including the product concept, features, designs, workflows, business plans, and materials. You will use that information only to evaluate working with us.

2. No copying or competing use

You will not disclose it, record or copy the demo, or use what you learn to develop, fund, launch, or help anyone else create a competing product or service.

3. Term

These obligations last for three years after the demo.

4. Acceptance and authority

You agree that checking the box is your electronic acceptance of these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a company and have authority to bind it, these terms apply to that company as well.
