Company Console LLC (“Company Console”, “we”, “us”) builds software for service businesses. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and information a customer connects to Company Console from Google.

Information you give us through this website

The only information this website collects is what you type into the demo request form: your name, your company, your email address, and optionally a phone number, the software you use today, and a message. If you arrive from a link that carries campaign tags, we record which campaign brought you.

We use it to reply to your request and to understand which of our own marketing efforts are working. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels.

The Google Business Profile connection

Company Console can show a customer their Google reviews in one place, attribute each review to the employee who earned it, and let them reply. To do that, someone who owns or manages the business’s Google listings signs in to Google and grants access. Nothing is read from Google until that happens.

What we access

• The Google accounts and business listings the person who connects is able to manage, including each listing’s name and address. The customer then chooses which of those listings Company Console should follow.
• For the listings they choose: the reviews on them — the reviewer’s public display name, the star rating, the review text, when it was written or last edited, and any reply the business has already posted.
• The email address of the Google account that connected, so the customer can see which account the connection is using.

Google does not offer a read-only permission for business listings, so the permission we request covers both reading reviews and posting replies. We use it for exactly those two things.

How we use it

• To display the customer’s reviews inside their own Company Console.
• To match a review to the employee who did the work, so the business can recognise them.
• To post a reply to a review. Every reply is written or approved by a person at the customer’s business, and Company Console records who posted it. We never post on a customer’s behalf automatically.

What we do not do with it

• We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the customer’s own business.
• We do not use it for advertising of any kind.
• We do not send it to any artificial intelligence system, and we do not use it to train or improve any model.
• We do not collect anything about a reviewer beyond what Google already shows publicly on the listing.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Where it is kept

Each customer runs their own private copy of Company Console with its own separate database. Reviews read from Google are stored there and nowhere else. The credentials that keep the connection open are encrypted and are never shown on any screen or included in any report.

Disconnecting and deletion

A customer can disconnect at any time from the Google settings page inside Company Console, or by removing our access from their Google account directly. Either way we stop reading reviews and stop being able to post replies immediately, and the stored credentials are discarded. Reviews already read remain in that customer’s own Company Console so their history is not lost; they are deleted on request.

Where information is stored

This website runs on Cloudflare. Company Console itself runs on Fly.io, in the United States. We use these companies to host the software; they do not use the information for their own purposes.

Keeping information safe

Access to a customer’s Company Console requires a named login, and permissions decide what each person can see. Connection credentials are encrypted where they are stored. Traffic to and from the software is encrypted in transit.
